The Scripting
For our game we need to accomplish a few outcomes for the player interaction. To do this we need to be able to have a few systems. So in the game we had a car in which we wanted to animate and loop so James and Zaynah worked together at having a go at this. They had created an animation in Unreal Engines animations tool, sequencer. They animated the car. Then they set up a script to play the animation, but they couldn't quite figure out how to loop so we all worked together and figured to create a delay and then play animation again so that way it would loop.
Then after that I got working on implement a system for a pickup for the items and collectables. In which for that I created a confetti particle that spawned when the item was picked up and then destroyed the item. Then after doing this I had created the basics of our blueprints but need to track how many we had and if we had enough to finish. To do this I implemented my blueprint interface in which I then made a end room in which it displays the players success.
