Final presentation, and Reflection

last week on Thursday we had our final presentation in which we showed off our game. For this we had final prototype we had cut down on our game a bit to make it a bit better. We had gotten rid of our scary police character. We did this to simplify the game and to not traumatise people. We had create a aim for the game by having a picture that our character had lost so we could find the pieces and have a positive image of these pictures that the player then will see at the end.

I was really pleased with this outcome of the game and our direction allowed us to create a character that was relatable and we believe that the reason that the medium of a game is better for conveying information because we empathise with our character in the game as we inhabit the player and get to make the decisions which mean any message we send the player has a greater importance, as we don't give the player information we give them the experience and journey to understand the information.

I am happy with this outcome and will keep on working this game for the future to polish this game make some more improvement, in the hopes to help bring awareness to our topic. In the future I would like to improve the game, in terms of the animation, and models but the outcome for our topic was great fun.
