Hotline Miami is a interesting game you play a character who is sent into a building to massacre all the enemies inside. It's violent it's messy for a pixel art game which is where this game is so great. It use very little detail to depict some of the most visceral and violent action in arcade video game. It looks incredible withs its dark but vibrant neon like colours that make the environments and characters pop. The game is great at creating challenges. It uses it fast paced combat and quick enemy response times to put your skills to the test of getting the job done. Which this job can be done in many ways. You will enter a room with a knife find the enemy through the door has a shotgun so you plan wait till he walks out in front of the door and throw your knife within a split second your survived and any later and you would have had to start again, but now you have a shotgun available in the level. These are the quick but clever game mechanic that made this game enjoyable everything happens with great response and keeps you at the edge trying the shoot first and finish a level.
I think that this game has a great mechanic and works really well.
