This is a concept of a race to the end board game. We based it off of a current topic which is this idea of colonising mars and having manned missions to mars. So our board game is like a snakes and ladders game in which you play as four super countries, USA, China, Russia, India. Four players decide their country. You are given a specified amount of fuel. In the first prototype this was 60 fuel. Each space the player move will cost 1 fuel. When you roll a dice this determines how many spaces you move in your turn. Along the way there are shortcuts that you must pass a test to cross over a shortcut to save fuel and if one lucky skillful player lands on a wormhole that can bend the fabric of time and space and leap a big space to the overend of the wormhole on the map. At the mid point we have the international space station in which you will be refuel a little bit. There are also chance spots where you could move an extra space or go back a space and use fuel. There is one massive obstacle on the way to mars which is a asteroid field in which you have to take a chance and see if you survive it to make it to mars.
The idea is that first person to Mars has won the game.
